What
is a Partnership?
At Kinship Partner, we match children, between the
ages of 5-14, with a caring volunteer adult partner (mentor) who has common interests. These partnerships are encouraged
to spend time together each week. Some of our partners enjoy busy
activities such as hiking, fishing or skating. Others prefer cooking
or watching movies. It’s the time spent together that’s important.
Partners can be individuals, couples or families. We offer mentor
screening, training and support. There are no restrictions of race,
religion or national origin. Parents can enroll their child by
calling the nearest Kinship Partners office. Children may also be
referred to the program by teachers, counselors or pastors.
