Congratulations to Kinship Partners’
newest Match of the
Month.
Nicholas Bacon
and
Rosemary Shaffer
have
recently Kinship Partners is pleased to recognize Barb Holmes, Breezy Point, and Tori Long, a 6th grader at Pequot Lakes Middle School, as its April Match of the Month. Barb and Tori have shared an easy-going friendship for three years. Barb calls the opportunity to spend time and teach a youngster “priceless.” Mom and Tori both agree that the relationship is now more than just Kinship – they are like family. Kinship Partners is proud to honor our newest Match of the
Month. Joan Johnson and
Kristina Harting recently celebrated their second anniversary as
partners. Playing the piano, baking cookies, playing with Barbie and
Polypocket dolls, swimming, paddle boat rides, sledding and attending Kinship
activities are a sampling of what these two enjoy together. Kristina says,
“We have been partners for two years, we have lots of fun and I love my
partner.” Introducing new activities, teaching lifelong lessons and promoting imaginative play are all ways to enrich the life of a child. Absorbing all of these things is a great way to make an adult feel important. Congratulations Joan and Kristina for being wonderful examples of Kinship Partners and for taking the time to enrich each other’s life.
